CisTra is a peer support group for Cis-gendered partners and loved ones of trans* & gender diverse folk.

Cis-gendered means “not trans*”: people whose self identification is in line with their assigned gender from birth.

CisTra aims to be a safe space for folk to come together for discussion and support around their parallel journey in supporting a partner or loved one’s gender journey.

Each member brings a unique perspective to the complex role of supporting a loved one’s gender identity.

Whether your loved one is Gender Queer, transitioning between binaries or otherwise there is change, a lot to learn, questions about what it means for your own sexuality and identity and potentially grief for how you’d imagined the relationship.

Note: I cannot provide psychological diagnosis nor medicare or other rebates.
